“Chinese Medicine understands our regenerative capacities due to its deep roots as a nature based medicine”.

Chinese Medicine is a practical health care system and philosophy concerned with inter-relationships, with connections to time, space, seasons and environment and so understands our regenerative capacities due to its deep roots as a nature based medicine.

These aspects combine to make it a relevant and much needed counterbalance to our hectic modern lifestyles.

The one constant that we can all count on in life is change. Chinese medicine recognises and actively works with this changing dynamic to identify where our natural patterns have gone askew and have resulted in imbalance and pathology.

By being proactive in our own health choices we already bring a vital ingredient to the healing process, namely, our intention to move forward and our willingness to actively seek change. My main goal in clinical practice is to collaborate with you so that you have support to do this, are empowered to make decisions about your health and are nurtured to allow wholistic healing and change to take place.

I endeavour always to practice in a safe and professional manner in keeping with industry standards. Along with this, I hope my warm, honest and respectful attitude will quickly earn your trust.

If you wish to take the first steps in exploring Chinese medicine for modern living please feel free to contact me at the clinic. I genuinely look forward to meeting and working with you.
